- Bank statements or pay stubs required for verification
Rental History
- Positive rental references from current and prior landlords
- No prior evictions filed within the last 5 years
- No balance owing to previous landlords
Background Check
- No felony convictions related to property or persons within 7 years
- No drug-related convictions within 5 years
- Credit history demonstrating responsible financial behavior
Application Process
- $35 non-refundable application fee per adult applicant
- Valid government-issued ID required
- All applicants 18+ must submit a separate application
