We've streamlined the rental application process so you can find and secure your next home without the paperwork headache. Everything is online, from browsing to signing.

Browse available properties

Start by browsing our available properties. Filter by bedrooms, location, and price range to find properties that fit your needs.

Tour the property

Most of our properties offer self-showing — tour on your schedule. Just request access and you'll receive instructions to view the property.

Submit your application

Complete the online application and pay the non-refundable $35 application fee via secure card payment. Applications are processed in order of receipt.

Receive a decision

We review applications against our published rental criteria and notify you of the decision promptly. Approved applicants sign the lease and pay the security deposit online.

Rental Criteria

What we look for

  • Gross monthly income of at least 3x the monthly rent
  • Positive rental references from current and prior landlords
  • No prior evictions filed within the last 5 years
  • No felony convictions related to property or persons within the last 7 years
  • Credit history demonstrating responsible financial behavior

All criteria are applied equally to every applicant in accordance with fair housing laws.
