One-Time Fees
Upfront & Onboarding
One-time fees are limited to onboarding costs and are quoted before any work begins. Typical fees include:
- Initial property inspection: quoted per property
- Make-ready / punch list: priced per scope
- Application fee (tenant-paid): $35
